Preliminary research sessions
In the third meeting of the scientific committee of the conference on 28/8/2021, the holding of three preliminary research sessions on the first biennial conference "Islam and Human Rights: Children's Rights" was approved.
The first session, entitled "Decision-making based on the best interests of the child", will be held on 25/11/2021 with a lecture and research discussion on the three topics of "Legal Challenges of Inheritance, Custody and Adoption".
The second session, entitled "Child-oriented criinal justice", will be held on 30/12/2021 with a lecture and research discussion on the three topics of "Fair trial, reactions to law-breaking children, and developments in child victimology".
The third session, entitled "Protecting children victims of armed conflicts", will be held on 23/1/2022 with a lecture and research discussion on the three topics of "Asylum-seeking/displaced children, isolated children, children victims of terrorism ".
